Thanks so much for the feedback! I really didn't intend for it to be stressful but I get where you're coming from. I've still got some ideas for refining it though, and the overwhelm of the text dump is on my list now. I appreciate you mentioning that specifically!
This was so fun to learn. Once I took a step back and actually read the instructions I did great.😅 It was a fun way to change up chess. Wonderful work and good luck on your game jam!
I really like how you cleaned down the classic chess puzzle game, with your own piece spins on top of that! Graphipcs are nice, rules are mostly clear, well done!
One thing: I would love to swap the menu confirm button from O to X so you don’t accidentaly go to the next stage when you want to re-try and have the habit of using O cuz you capture with that!

The game was a bit confusing and stressful... A lot of text is on the screen at once, was kinda overwhelming.
Either way, I love the concept! I would really like to see a refined version. Nice game :)
